The space
Wraparound porch and fenced yard with large back deck are the highlights of the exterior. Year round views of Lake Barkley is a bonus. Great room concept with vaulted living & dining room, open kitchen and granite counters. Full coffee bar 12 and single cup drip coffee pot French press & frother. Coffee, tea & hot
Coco provided with some snacks. Basic seasoning for cooking. Since we live here occasionally you may find condiments in the fridge, what’s ours is yours. First bedroom has queen bed, night stand with drawers, night stand table, closet & w/
suitcase stand. 2nd bedroom
Has two twins side by side with night stand and drawers in the middle, closet and luggage stand. Large full bathroom. Towels and some travel sized soaps in case you forgot. Well stocked with tp and towels. Large master bedroom with chest dresser, luggage rack, television w/remote. Two nightstands with drawers. Extra large master closet that includes air mattresses and extra bedding. Master has an en suite with double vanities, plenty of towel, sample soaps & beach towels.

Neighborhood overview
Large lot in a quiet neighborhood. Nearby Community boat ramp available. 1 mile to Hwy 68 for easy drive to almost any Land Between the Lakes attraction.
Getting around
The private driveway can accommodate several vehicles, rvs or boats. The community boat ramp is less than a mile. Access to a paved trail that covers many scenic miles in the Land Between The Lakes recreation area. Cadiz is a 20 minute drive. It is filled with charming small town shops and frequent Amish markets. Spattered along Lake Barkley and Kentucky Lake is unique marinas with various activities, shoreline restaurants, boat slips and boat rentals, there is so much to do!
