The house was perfect, well maintained and super clean with tons of extra amenities. The neighborhood was quiet and the house is far enough off the beaten path you can see a good amount of stars. Our hosts were friendly and responsive, I would not hesitate renting this space in the future,10 out of 10 would recommend.

Driftwood is spacious, charming, and well-appointed. The owners are gracious hosts and it is obvious that they care about their guests being comfortable. We enjoyed the casual vibe of the house and the seasonal decorations made us feel at home. We had never been to LBL and Driftwood was perfectly located for us to get to the sights. It’s such a beautiful area! Come one and all—-the house and hosts are delightful!

This home is nothing short of a Hallmark Christmas movie. The house was beautifully decorated for the holidays and every possible comfort/need was considered. The kitchen is well stocked with all the necessary hardware to prepare and present a large family dinner, the outdoor car charger kept our EV charged, a fenced-in yard provided a safe space for the dog, and the bedrooms are very comfortable. John and Julie were excellent hosts and kept us informed of some severe weather, salted the walkways, and were very proactive in ensuring we had a very pleasant vacation. Unlike other AirBNB experiences, John and Julie have raised the bar with their friendliness and dedication to creating a comfortable family getaway. read less

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is nicely decorated. There were a lot of extra touches that made our stay very comfortable.. A couple of nights we saw a family of deer in the neighborhood. It was great to have a fenced yard for the dogs. The patio was huge. The Elk and Bison Prairie is close by. We are looking forward to staying here again.

Julie and John were great, and this bnb is super peaceful! The value was excellent and you have everything you need for a great getaway. The house is the perfect amount of cozy—it feels lived in (as opposed to a hotel with no character and everything feels bland and uniform) without feeling like you’re in someone else’s home. My husband and I planned a weekend trip to Nashville for a concert and we were so lucky to find this home to stay at! We had our Australian shepherd with us and it was such a beautiful and cozy home. I’m very glad it was dog friendly- they had water bowls, pet beds, doggy bags and even a towel for wet paws, so thoughtful! The house was very clean and we really enjoyed staying here. The host was very responsive and answered any questions I had. We will definitely stay again if we are going to be in the area! read less

John & Julie’s cottage was absolutely beautiful. Not only is the location super private and peaceful, it was also so spotlessly clean. You can tell they really care about this property. John & Julie have everything you need for some quality R&R in the country. Also, the whole cottage was so tastefully decorated with cool antiques & furniture. Really felt cozy. The bathrooms, kitchen, and common areas were *impeccably* clean. You will feel more home here, than at your own house, guaranteed. Saw tons of turkeys, birds, and even an armadillo. Definitely don’t pass this one up. It’s hard to capture all the beauty in just a few pictures. Definitely book this cottage. Thank you! read less

This is one of the most charming places we've ever vacationed in. Julie and John are thoughtful, gracious and attentive hosts. Check-in is easy, the cottage is well-appointed and it is very comfortably furnished. You will love relaxing on that gorgeous screened porch to watch the birds and enjoy the peaceful, wooded setting. The road to the house is somewhat long and winding, but it is easy to navigate and the mountain scenery along the way is beautiful. The only "negative" was having to leave this lovely place!

This is by far one of the nicest air b n b houses i have stayed in. the house was very clean and stocked with plenty of cooking hardware and anything you would need. the location of house is great it’s close to land between the lakes or anywhere you need to go in the area. we defiantly look forward to staying here again when we come back!
